Whistlestop Booth Rentals

Whistlestop Makers Market is a curated retail space designed to support local makers, fiber artists, and small-scale creatives. We offer affordable booth spaces that allow artists to sell their work year-round—without the time, cost, or stress of running a full shop or attending constant craft fairs.

If you’re a quilter, knitter, potter, or artisan creating handmade goods, Whistlestop provides a welcoming place to share your work with the community.

How It Works

Whistlestop Makers Market provides the retail space. Vendors provide their own display fixtures and inventory.

  • Your branding and display style

We provide:

  • The retail location
  • Daily staffing
  • Checkout and point-of-sale
  • Sales tax handling
  • Storewide marketing
  • A cohesive, curated shopping experience

Display Guidelines

To maintain a cohesive, safe, and welcoming shopping environment, vendors are responsible for providing all of their own display fixtures, including shelving, tables, racks, or secure cases. All displays must fit within the assigned booth space and be sturdy, clean, and safe for customers and staff.

Displays should complement the overall aesthetic of Whistlestop Makers Market. Wall mounting is not permitted without prior approval. All items offered for sale must be handmade by the vendor.

Whistlestop Makers Market reserves the right to review and approve displays to ensure consistency, safety, and overall presentation within the shop.

Rental Terms

  • Month-to-month rental
  • 30-day notice to cancel
